Making mental health conversations feel a little less intimidating.

She believes that people don’t need to wait until things become unbearable before they deserve support.

Her approach

Isheta sees therapy as a space where you can slow down, understand the patterns underneath what you’re experiencing and make sense of the parts of yourself that may not always feel easy to understand.

She takes an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring sessions to each individual’s needs and experiences.

A little more about Isheta

Outside the therapy room, Isheta is usually somewhere between a workout class, rushing to meet her friends in between work, taking far too many photos and videos of sunsets, or planning the next thing.

She believes mental health conversations don’t have to be heavy all the time. Sometimes they can start with something as simple as:

“How are you, really?”

Currently into

Running (whether she’s training for a race or just clearing her head), coffee, and finding new music to add to her playlists.

Could talk about for hours

Music, food, and probably her cat. She also loves reading and travelling whenever she gets the chance.

Something she believes

You don’t have to have everything figured out to start moving forward.

Because we think it’s important to know the person you’re sitting across from, too.
